Once you have placed your order, we will email you using the email provided at checkout to ask what design you would like.
We will then design it and send you a copy of the design for you to approve.
Once approved, the design can not change, we will then print and post it out to you.
Please allow extra time or custom cases as they take longer to prepare as we draw all designs from scratch.

We do not accept returns so to avoid receiving a case that doesn't fit your phone model, please go to the device settings>general>about, and the phone model will be shown here. Please note our cases are not compatible with wireless charging.
